All entities with which PGE Group concludes derivative transactions with operate in the financial sector. These are banks with investment-grade ratings, adequate equity and strong, stable market position. As at the reporting date, PGE Group was party to the derivative transactions, described in detail in note 25.1.2 to these consodliated financial statements.
